Losing weight help
I’m am 13 and 12 stone. My goal this year is to get a flat stomach but I need help on how to get one.
I do a lot of walking every day and try and do a workout on a app a couple of hours a week but nothing seem to work.
I want to join one of my local gyms but the minimum age is 14+ and I’ve only just turned 13. I also eat healthy and ordered the hello fresh meals. HELP!!!!
