Clocks a ticking, Hubby wants to WAIT!

I'll be 32 next month and my husband and I already have two great kids, a 12 year old boy and a 9 year old girl. But I've been asking hubby for a third child for 7 years. We've gone through financial up and downs, had to move in with a parent for a while a one point. Now we are in a two bedroom apartment building our credit to buy a home with 7 months left in our lease. I'm not sure how much longer I can wait.

Everyone around me is getting pregnant, my fertility isn't what it was in my twenty's, and I want to start trying now. Hubby wants to wait until we are buying a home and I've been at my new job (haven't started yet) for at least a year BEFORE trying.

Our combined annual income is almost 80k, we have good insurance, PLUS it will most likely take us at least 6+ months if not longer! It's to the point that I almost have a breakdown when I see positive pregnancy tests and baby things. He wants everything to be perfect before we start trying and I think we'll end up waiting forever.

Did I mention he's said all along he doesn't want anymore. But he "agreed" to a third to make me happy. I feel like I'm following a carrot on a stick...
