Tips?
I'm 22 years old, 5'2, and I weigh 213 pounds. As of late, I've been gaining and losing weight randomly and I want to take control of it to get on a good path. I just got a gym membership and I'm trying to slim down for my wedding in 2019. Do you have any tips or habits that helped you achieve your weight loss goal? I know everything doesn't work for everyone but I'd appreciate it if you shared 💜
