A mother’s life/ Relaxing... finally!! 🍹📺😊

What a 24 hours! First swimming pool try last night for 1yo, ahead of swimming lessons starting soon. Taking him to toddlers’ afternoon at the symphony orchestra today (loved it!)

Coming home over 4 hours ago now, all of us tired but happy... to diarrhoea dog mess! cleaning up, disinfecting the floor, then 1yo vomiting, making dinner from scratch, reinserting his NG tube which slid out after the vomiting, comforting & feeding sick dog, popping up to the shop for bread, giving 1yo his medications, putting him to bed with relaxing music on Spotify because his music box batteries are flat, sitting down to eat dinner, soaking 1yo’s many soiled outfits & cloth diapers & facewashers, showering, putting on a laundry load........

I am FINALLY seated on the couch with a well deserved Swedish pear cider, remote ready to Netflix 🤪 Another chilled cider is waiting in the fridge too! Ahhhhhh 😁
