Why do they laugh at me?

I am a 22 year old and I am engaged. I also have a 16 month old. I take lyft or uber a lot, and come across a lot of men who drive me around. Every time we get into my life and they find out I am engaged cause they see my ring and then find out that I have a daughter as well, they get so shocked and want to tell me how young I am and how I already messed up. Who messes up having a baby? I know I didn’t. And I know damn right when I tell them I am engaged; they think I’m the stupidest woman ever. I am tired of feeling this way. I have even had men tell me how ALL MEN CHEAT. And they want to make it clear. Why?! It makes me feel bad.
