Getting boogers out of nose?

My baby is a month old, I can't find the bulb syringe anywhere and I can't leave because my SO is at work and he's having a hard time breathing because of all of the boogers in his nose😕 is there anything else I can use or do to help? his nostrils are too small for the tips of my fingers so that is a no☹ I feel so bad for him.

If you can see them, try twisting the edge of a paper towel or toilet paper and gently put it in/on the edge of the nose. Not a lot, just enough for the booger to stick to it. It works for me 😁. Twist it so it’s stiff and creates a point.

saline nasal spray if you have it will help break up the boogers; otherwise, go into the bathroom, close the door & turn on the shower really hot. Just sit in the bathroom & let him breathe the steam. That should also help break up the mucous.
