Growing bumps on my skin???!

2 days ago i started growing these bumbs all over my skin (these are some one my neck), can someone tell me what they are and how they're caused? Idk if its something i should be considered about as well.... Also if it helps ive been having really bad migraines all of the sudden..

Most definitely get those checked. My coworker had something like that and it turned out to be shingles.

It maybe Shingles.... I had same but it was on my scalp 😖😔😫 worst pain of my life which just so u know IS a form of herpes and not the kind like STD it's a virus so get it checked it'll spread if that's what it is and its gets to be debilitating painful keep me posted good luck
