Tender breasts

I’ve been on the same contraceptive pill since I was 15, I am now 22. At the beginning I got tender boobs which was obviously normal and then it all of a sudden stopped when I was about 19 and I never really thought anything of it. I then had my son at 21 and started the same contraceptive pill after the birth. I still didn’t get tender breasts when I started taking it again but recently, I have started with the tender breasts again. Is this normal or should I get checked out for anything?🤔
