PERIOD AFTER BABY LOSS

Recently lost my first baby feb 17 at 23 weeks , due to incompetent cervix . He is now my little angel,it was so devastating I miss him so much and their is not one day I don’t think of him . I haven’t started my first period yet and it’s almost been about 2 months. I gave birth feb 13 and got my bleeding from birth and lasted about 2 weeks 1/2 . It’s my first pregnancy , is my period supposed to take long to come back? Before I got pregnant I was always regular .
