Help losing weight
Does anyone know how to stay motivated to loose weight? I'm 15, my height is 5'7 and weigh 245lbs and I want to get down to at least 220 by the before the end of the summer. I've tried to walk a mile, ride a bike and do at home exercises but I haven't been able to stay motivated. I've had my mom try and help me but that never worked out. Do any of you know a way to stay motivated?
