cyst on labia

uhh hi this is embarrassing but idk who else to ask so. a few weeks ago after my period I noticed that there was this bump on my vag that in the past I kinda just thought was part of my clit or or idk I thought it was normal, but after my period it gets really sore and tender because it rubs against the pads I use and for days after i can’t wear tight pants or thongs or anything bc it just hurts so damn bad! I used to think it was my clit being irritated by the pad but I got curious and grabbed a mirror because I’ve never really inspected it before ya know...and i noticed that it’s a bump, kind of like a sack?? that’s more hanging from my left lip/labia instead of my clit and my clit was completely unbothered. I also noticed the pain was coming from a small white bump on the “sack” that looked kinda like a pimple and at first i thought it was herpes but I’ve had this “sack” for a while and I’m a virgin and whenever I touch down there for whatever reason, I always make sure my hands are super clean.

since then the white bump is gone and it doesn’t necessarily hurt to touch the sack anymore but after googling I think it might be some kind of cyst that’s not really dangerous but just kinda there?? what do you guys think? I also really wanna get it removed somehow because while I’m not currently sexually active, I’m worried for when I do choose to be ill be too insecure about it like I think it’s the ugliest thing, but idk if its permanent or not...just wanted to know if anyone else can relate so i don’t feel like a freak lol
