So I’m a bit confused.

About 2 years ago, I was in a bad relationship. Something happened (I’ll get into detail after I point this out) where I have been sorta, I don’t know, sexually assaulted? Some people say it wasn’t, I was just forced and some people say I should report to the police because this is counted as sexual assault.

I’ll go into detail now. I’ll summarise it so it’s less reading for you guys.

2 years ago I was in my first relationship, I was 12-13 years old, I’m 15 turning 16 now. It wasn’t exactly a healthy relationship.

On one date this guy and I went on. He decided to try and get in my pants and finger me. I didn’t really consent. At first I thought it was okay but then realised I didn’t want it. I was too scared to say no.

He continuously touched my body without asking me and I was always too scared to say no. Whenever I tried to say no, he would get really depressed and then he said he would commit suicide and all of that sort of stuff.

I just want to ask, do you consider like that sort of stuff as sexual assault?

I’m just confused because a lot people say it is and some people say it isn’t at all
