Can cysts stop you from becoming pregnant? (Pic) Can they cause miscarriages?

We’ve been trying since August. I got pregnant, and miscarried the first week of October. I then got pregnant again and miscarried the first week of January. Both in the 4-5 week range. My periods aren’t really irregular, I don’t have pains, irregular bleeding. My question is.. has anyone had a cyst and it went away or still became pregnant? Does it stop you from ovulating? I’ve been ordered to take flagyl for bacterial vaginitis, and I have no symptoms for that either. I also bled once after I had sex about 2 weeks ago. (Hence the postcoital spotting) does anyone have any remedies to help the cyst go away? And does anyone know of any detox to help with ibs? I’m a mess.
