I doubt anyone will reply but oh well

So long story, short, I broke two complete best friends apart by having sex with both. To this moment, I don’t know why I did it. Part of me thinks I wanted to get back at one of them, but i know that’s not who i am, ya know? Well, the secret is out and now both of them are aware and are now avoiding each other as much as possible. I wish I can take everything back but what’s done is done. I’d like to blame hormones and what not but, Jesus Christ, am i really that dumb. Idk what to do now cause I feel like I’ve done enough. I really do want them to come back to each other, though. They literally have each other’s Mom’s as “aunt” in their contacts. Please help
