What to do?😣

Today i went to the dr because the first day of my last period was February 25th. The dr did the ultrasound inside. She diagnosed me with PCOS. I’ve had these done before and was not diagnosed. Ive had cramps for the past 2 weeks almost with back pain. I’ve never been this late before. Is there a chance i could be pregnant? The dr said not a chance and would like me to start estrogen pills and pills that basically clean me out. I’m just hesitant because i feel “different” should i go get a second opinion or just take the pills?
