Pregnancy secret.

This is my third pregnancy with zero living children. Today I just found out I’m having another baby girl. I’m so excited but scared at the same time. This is a high risk pregnancy for me and only my parents and my SO parents know. I’m scared of telling other friends and family because we were so open about our last two pregnancies and we both felt so embarrassed and hurt. So to be safe we didn’t announce. Is there any other parents that kept their pregnancies a secret.
