Possible Yeast Infection

So I’m 16w2d pregnant and the last couple of nights my vagina has been itching so bad so I will take a bath and it still itches idk what this could be I go to the dr tomorrow so I am definitely telling him about it like I can’t even lay down and close my legs because it itches so bad and burns when I pee could this be a yeast infection? I do have a history of bad bladder infections but never with itching like this
