Ovulation problems??

Is it possible that I many not ovulate regularly? I get regular cycles (every 28-30 days) usually have my pms symptoms ( cramping, moodiness, sore boobs almost every month) I RARELY get ewcm and when I do Its a very small amount. but my cm does have a consistent pattern from being sticky to creamy to watery then back to creamy as my cycle goes through month. I’ve had my thyroid checked-normal. I’ve had ultrasounds. I do have a fibroid but no cysts on my ovaries. The ultrasound did tell me (I begged her) that my ovaries weren’t functioning. I didn’t tell my gynecologist this bc I didn’t want her to get in trouble but I was very inquisitive about my exam an he said repeatedly that I had a totally normal exam. Do you think I should investigate this more? My fiancé and I are not trying but not preventing. This will be our second month once af is over.
