Got to go to the Dr in an hour

Okay Y'all I've hot to go to the Dr in an hour I have PCOS and cannot stop gaining weight an I mean weekly ! My ob/gyn gave me Estriadol and Medproxyprogestrone . What medicine can I take for weight loss I already eat a vegan diet and Im doing all I can do there . I've already tried contrave had no success had to stop taking metformin because of heart rate and I had some success with adipex but had to stop also because of high heart rate.
