Does anyone know anything about Right Ventricular Hypertrophy in babies?

a few weeks ago on 4/3, my daughter had a 3-4 day hospitalization, during which they did an EKG. At the time that said from first glance everything looked okay.

Well i get all her test results online now so I can see them too. on 4/13 a doctor put a note on her results saying "possible right Ventricular Hypertrophy"

it's the 21st and none of her doctors called me to tell me they saw that. I read it's very rare and hard to miss since typically the left side is bigger than the right.

do you think it would be weird for me to ask for more tests to be done for this?

if anyone had any experience or advice I'd love to hear from you.
