PCOS and TTC baby #2

So I have pcos and we have been trying for 4ish years for baby #2, I'm currently on metformin and did my second round of clomid the first week of April. The first round didn't work like it did with baby #1 so they increased the dose, I've been feeling off for about a week. I'm hoping maybe all the baby making took this time and it's not just all in my head. What symptoms did you deal with during the first few months of your pregnancy?
