TTC after Birth Control

How long where you on birth control before TTC, what were you on, and how long did it take..?

I have been on and off birth control since I was a teenager (I've been on almost everything) I am now 28, I've been off birth control for 9 months now, and my fiance and I are getting impatient. I understand the whole if you don't think it about it, it will happen but that's easier said than done. Any methods you've actually tried, that have helped, our have been successful?
