Well I have a pre pregnancy appointment coming up to check out my body and make sure everything is operating at full capacity lol but I was curious what everyone else has to say about tips and tricks for conceiving. What did you do? What did your doctor recommend? I’m just curious to hear all the stories! Baby dust to you all!

I had my preconception appointment a few weeks ago and my doctor suggested not taking ovulation tests in the beginning ( I have very regular periods) and to be casual about it. Have sex every other day in your window and just have fun. She said if pregnancy doesn’t happen in a year then start being more productive about it (ovulation tests etc) but avoid stressing about it. She also said to focus on my own health (food and exercise). I have also been taking prenatals for about 2 months. I am about to turn 35 so I felt really good that she didn’t seem concerned. She said “It takes time, don’t rush it and feel it should happen right away”. Enjoy the process.

drink lots of water. pay attention to your cervical mucus ovulation week. if using lubrication pay attention to sperm friendly lube. relax try not to stress to much and bd as much as possible. Goodluck
