CPC AND EIF in anatomy scan????

Question

The tech found a choroid plexus cyst (cpc) and an echogenic intracardiac focus (eif) in the 20 week ultrasound. We’re going back for a level 2 scan soon since there were 2 findings, but my 12 week blood test didn’t indicate any elevated downs or trisomy 18 risk. Did anyone else have both of these? How did it turn out?? I’m so worried sick but I feel him rolling around and kicking away and I just can’t imagine he’s not ok...

Update for anyone looking in the future since there doesn’t seem to be many posts on babies with both - the scan just two weeks later continues to show the eif but they aren’t concerned about downs really because there are no other markers and the blood test showed I have the lowest given risk. The CPCs resolved on their own! And again I had no other markers for trisomy 18 and the lowest given risk according to blood test. Right when I was feeling like there was nothing to worry about though, they told me I have a marginal cord insertion, or it’s askew from center of placenta. This could impact baby’s growth but they really didn’t seem worried. So I’m feeling pretty good, and see the silver lining of the most recent news in that we will get to see him at least once or twice more before delivery to check on his growth!! I will try to remember and update when he’s here :)

Hello! I have these exact same findings, (18 week and 4 days ultrasound) and dr acted like I have nothing to worry about since my genetic testing with Panorama came back lowest possible risk and no other indication in the face, palate, etc that there’s any other issues. Having two findings worries me sick though even though he’s saying not to be. So thank you for the updates! I’m so glad things turned out well!
