Being lied to!!

I can't stand being lied to no matter how small or big the lie is. My fiancé seems to think it's ok to keep lying to me saying we will have sex and then just doesn't end up doing it. I'm on my period and it's ending so I'm only spotting and he will not have sex with me. He promised me we could do it in the shower so 3am-4am-5am and so on comes along I keep asking can we get in the shower! The excuse now is he doesn't want to wake anyone up! When will the excuses and lies to not be intimate with me end?
