Baby not sleeping

My 10 week old son wakes up about every hour and I usually just wrap him again after he kicks him self free and he usually only feeds for 10 no more than 10 minutes (I’m breastfeeding) and I try to wake him up to eat more but he doesn’t wake up at all. And it’s like this the whole night and he wakes up around 10 am and doesn’t want to nap, the only time he’s “sleeping” is when is he nursing. Right after he’s done eating he’s asleep for 5 minutes and wakes up by himself. Any ideas why he’s not sleeping? I really need some help.
