Waist training?

What are your lady’s thoughts about waist training. I just bought a waist trainer. I had a csection with my daughter an I’m hoping it works!! Has anyone had good results? Also note I’m plus size normally 😛

It’s really not good for your insides. It just bunches everything & squeezes it all together tightly. I had a natural birth and still felt crushed & claustrophobic in one of those, i can’t imagine with a previous csection 😳

I dont recommend it. A sweat band is a lot safer and better. Also waist trainers and sweat bands dont work unless you work. The easiest way to lose belly fat(and keep it off) is a healthy consistent diet.

Heard they were supposed to be good for postpartum, especially with csections. Of course the one I bought during pregnancy didn't fit by the time I gave birth, gained too much weight🤦‍♀️
