Day's and Night's confused?

Question

Is anyone else finding it difficult to get baby switched around from being confused with day and night. My daughter is up from like 10,12 at night till 2,4 sometimes 5 in the morning and then does her really big chuncks of sleep during the day and I'm so tired I pass out myself. 
She is 7weeks almost 8 and is exclusivly breast fed if that means anything.

My 6 week old is falling into a similar pattern! She’s up from 10 pm to 3-4ish and then only takes a nap until about 6:30. I’m lucky enough to have a husband who gets up at 2:30 so I can sleep for a few hours, but we’re both exhausted all day and the poor man works. I’ve been looking online for help, but not finding anything very useful. I’m about to buy one of those sleep sacks that is supposed to help by putting light weight on the baby so it feels like someone’s snuggling her, I’m praying it helps!
