Just had a biopsy...

After a recent pap smear, I found that I have ascus that cannot exclude high grade lesion. This is my first abnormal pap. I had a colposcopy and biopsy yesterday, with my follow up and results in two weeks. I find the entire thing concerning, but more than anything I am concerned about how procedures to remove the cells with affect future pregnancies. My doctor didn't seem too optimistic when I asked him if they would interfere with future pregnancies. :'( I'm recently engaged and my fiance and I would love to have a baby in the near future. Has anyone had a similar result, or procedure to remove abnormal cells, and went on to have a normal pregnancy?
