Sharp pains

So I woke up this morning perfectly fine. Took the dog out to potty and fed the cat then got back in bed. Well, when my fiancés mother brought him and I food (she insists on cooking of a morning and bringing it to us) I sat up and had sharp stomach pains. I just finished finished my period two days ago (two days shorter than normal but with normal bleeding for me), so I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant. Went to the bathroom and still had the pains all over my stomach at random times in different places. At one point it even radiated up into my breasts for a second and hasn't happened since then. I have no clue what's going on. Could it be the stomach bug? Or just my hormones changing? Thanks in advance!
