No confirmed diagnosis but...

When I was younger about 18-20 my doc said that my uterus was deformed, one of my ovaries was behind my uterus making it only visible through a vaginal ultrasound! I did however get pregnant! However on some of my ultrasound papers from pregnancy they talk a lot about fibroids! What does that mean? Could my miss shaped uterus be anything to be concerned about? me and hubby are ttc baby #2 now and have been trying for a little over 2 years with no help! When do I give in and ask for help?
