Brown spotting

Hi

Has any one has a successful pregnancy with brown spotting in first trimester?

Last year I had a miss carriage and I had brown spotting for a few weeks before it happened .

I’m 7 weeks pregnant and having brown spotting again , I don’t have cramping but last night I felt ill .

I had a scan last week at 6 weeks and baby was fine , implanted on the right place , the nurse told me not to worry about spotting and that sometimes where you have bleed from will re open , like a scab if you knock it .

But I can’t help to feel nervous about it all again .

Any success stories please ?
