Not to sure how to feel

last week I had my first obgyn appointment, everything went well, babys heart rate was 136, baby measured at 7 weeks instead of the 8 weeks I had got by figuring my lmp, they did some blood work, asked me to come back in a come days to do another thing of blood work, they call Thursday afternoon told me my blood type said everything looked fine, then tell me that hormone levels aren't progressing like they should and said they was sending over a prescription for progesterone to take it at bed time, Thursday night I took it they call Friday and tell me I need to take it twice a day with my prenatal, I've done some reading about the medication, kind of worries but I've just been keeping calm and stress free as much as possible. they also moved my sonogram from the 22nd to the 17th.
