Idk what to do just venting

Me and my husband have always argued a lot. He always says i care to much about “stupid things” i need to not complain so much. We just had sex and he said he would get me off first since i cant during sex but then he just skips foreplay all together and does whatever feels good to him. Im crying after and i try to tell him that it frustrates me that he doesn’t ensure that im being pleasured as well and he just says “well get back on the bed” all hatefully and yells at me for crying over something so stupid.
