What finger foods can I give my 7 month old baby?

He is only eating solids twice a day and it’s the puréed jar foods. I was wondering what can I give him that are finger foods?

Whatever you want. My son has eaten straight off my plate since he was 6 months old. 
He’s had eggs, bacon, burger, waffles, berries, peaches, fries, chicken, salmon, pasta, pickles, beef jerky, steak, toast, cheese, quesadillas, sweet potato, asparagus, carrots, broccoli, pizza, and so much more.

We did eggs, avocado, strawberries, mashed potatoes, and oatmeal with fruits. My daughter had full control of her jaw and could chew pretty much anything by 7.5 months. She's nearing a year old and eats 90% of the stuff we give her without it being cut small. She eats everything we eat now as well.

Give soft options like banana, avocado, cubed fully cooked potatoes, cubed fully cooked carrots, cubed fully cooked zucchini. Basically anything that will be nice and soft that baby doesn’t have to work hard to chew.

Look into Baby Led Weaning! We did it from 6 months, no jar food what so ever. There is a rule of stopped for 2 weeks, then give solids. But slowing doing bananas, avocados, etc. So soft solids first!
