Pregnant? Stress ?

This month I had a super light period what I call light. I only have a tiny amount of light blood discharge when I clean myself. It’s my period week but it’s definitely not normal. I took a pregnancy test and they where negative, I was told this light spotting can happen during implantation. What can it be? would stress make my period come this ridiculously light? HELP Has this happened to any of you ?
