Nuva Ring
This is the second month I’m leaving in the ring to miss my period. The first month I had cramps but no period. Now this month 2 weeks after I put in a new ring I got my period and it lasted 10 days. After looking at my calendar I figured out that I had kept last months ring in too long. I want to start back Nuva ring but I don’t know when. Unfortunately my doctor out of town🤷🏾♀️
