Natural or epidural
Hello ladies I’m due in August and I really want to have my baby without a epidural, my last son in 2016 I had without a epidural but only because I had i choice because I didn’t know I was in labor in arrived at the hospital at 10cm , I remember it was horrible but it was a amazing experience I want to do it again but not sure if I’ll be able to handle the pain ? Any ladies have any tips when it comes to no pain medication?
