Vaginal birth or c section with twins?

Tell me your stories ladies! Would like to start thinking on how to deliver my twin boys. 
What did you choose and how did you feel during and after? 
Id appreciate anything you’d like to share! Literally know no one with twins!

I will be 23 weeks tomorrow and have been told as long as the first that comes is head down I can have them vaginally

I know you’re looking for people who have gone through it, and I have not, but I have to have a c section because Baby A is breech. 36 weeks today and Baby A has always basically been breech. I’ve had two vaginal deliveries before and had all intentions of having another vaginal delivery with the twins but I’ve accepted his is what needs to be done at this point. Scheduled for 38+1 but I’m honestly hoping they come by Tuesday haha. I was 3 cm dilated as of last Friday 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Im currently 20 weeks and 4 days with twin boys, my doctor told me i could have a vaginal birth,  but it also depends if they're BOTH head down.

I plan to do vaginal. Baby a needs to be head down but they will deliver baby b breech if necessary.

Following! Baby A is head down and Baby B is breech but it depends what doctor is on call at the hospital when I go into labor whether they are comfortable doing breech extraction. I hate the thought of giving birth vaginally to one and then having to have an emergency c section for the other..
