Who’s good at writing !? Need advice and help!

So basically , my landlords are EXTREMELY loud.

They are a very sweet older couple. They are from China so they can’t speak very good English.

So the passed 4 months we’ve lived here (in the basement suite) she is SO loud. Last night she was loud from 10 pm- 2 am because eventually at 1:30 I had to go bang on her door and say basically enough is enough. She woke my son twice last night. She just does stuff in the kitchen all night like i don’t even know what she does. So then at 2 she stopped and got up at 5:30 am and starting banging around again. I know she doesn’t mean to but we’ve been telling her for the 4 months that it’s loud and stuff. I feel she has no respect for us if she just carries on to be loud. ANYWAYS, I slept from 4:30-7:30 and woke up every hour leaving me with 2.5 hours of sleep last night and I am BEAT. She doesn’t speak English well so if we have problems we go to her son , he speaks English. So basically I want to text him saying hey like if things don’t get better we may have to find someone to take over our lease. I hate hate hate moving omg but I’m going to have a new born October and with not having sleep already I will be a WRECK. They don’t know I’m pregnant yet but I will probably throw that in the text . Can someone help me write a good text I can send to him? He lives 20 mins away so we don’t see him often at the house: thanks ladies! ♥️
