My boyfriend said I was crazy.

Today I was borrowing my boyfriends computer for something and (i know I shouldn’t have) but I looked through a few messages with him and his friend who doesn’t like me trying to figure out why he doesn’t. Well, about 2 months ago when we were going through a rough patch, my boyfriend called me crazy and “stalkerish”. He said he was trying to break up with me and I read multiple approaches he was going to try. His friend even said “how does she not know she’s crazy”. This hurt pretty bad, I still can’t stop thinking about it and I can’t bring it up to my bf because if he knows I read some of their messages I’ll become even more crazy. What do I do in this situation??
