HELLLLLP!!!! 😢

Okay so today I'm 13 DPO and ad is scheduled for today but I haven't had any symptoms of period or pregnancy really...but haven't been myself very emotional the other night and don't know why...and tender boobs and alot of tightness in my stomach and pulling and aching on left side...took a first response test this morning and it immediately showed up a strong white line...please tell me it me means something?!?!?!? 😢
