Help! Razor burn!

I had disposable razors and whenever I used a new one id forget how sharp it was and I’d get razor burn usually a little on my legs but this time it was my armpit and it still hasnt gone away. Im so embarassed and it looks wet bc i neosporin on it everyday sometimes more than once a day. It looks a tad better as you can see its lighter in the middle but i just really would like to know if there’s remedies to get rid of it faster! It’s in such a bad place especially since it’s getting hot out.😩
