When will these stop!?!

Having those lovely after-birth uterine contractions my friend ( her baby just turned a month old) talked about (didn't have them with my son or at least don't remember them). I prefer delivery. 😂😭😐 My back and abdomen hurt worse than my lady bits do ( all-natural aside from pitocin, pushed her out within four pushes at only 7 cm dilated, 5 lbs 5 oz baby, no tears thank God).

She's definitely worth it. What did y'all do for the pain? I don't even have Tylenol or ibuprofen here at home lol. Really hoping I get time for a hot shower later, heat and icy hot spray are helping my back some at least.
