Any advice please?.

So...me and my fiancé have been having sex every night up until last night, last week I had one day of period bleeding then the next day nothing, the day after I had bleeding again and gone the next and this went on until yesterday. Usually, when I have my period it last for 6 days and bleed everyday. Today, no bleeding but have white discharge in my underwear when I don’t usually have any at all. Just been to the bathroom and I seem to have a lot of clear discharge. Also, I’ve been having back pains and pelvic pain recently too. These aren’t normal symptoms for me to have. Does anyone have any advice for me?
