cryptic pregnancy??all the signs with a BFN 😓😟

So AF was supposed to come on the 24th and I ended up spotting for two days on the 22nd and 23rd I had light bleeding on the 24th and then spotted on the 25th. I was very crampy with this cycle and it was very odd. nothing like my normal cycle. I tested this morning and got a BFN. I don't know of I should consider that as AF or not. I've never experienced that before. Hubby and I have been TTC for the past 2 months. Not very long but still stressful trying just to get a BFN. symptoms this time around: bad cramps during and after bleeding, headaches, lower back pain, fatigue, breast tenderness, bloating etc. been feeling like I could be preggers but the test says no. i started looking up reasons why and I came across CRYPTIC PREGNANCIES. basically a woman who feels pregnant all sign of pregnancy including belly but all blood and urine tests say negative. I experienced this with my first pregnancy and miscarried at 13 weeks. I did at least 10 tests over a period of 3 months all came back negative but my woman's intuition kept telling me I was pregnant. Turns out I was. not sure if I'm experiencing this again. side note: inconsistent bleeding or cycle each month is a common side effect from cryptic pregnancy.
