Mixed emotions

This is our 4th cycle of Clomid with trigger shots, I go in Monday for my beta to find out if this cycle worked. I just have this feeling they are going to tell me that this cycle too was negative. He told us that we will have to move on to IUI or IVF if this is negative. I wish we could afford IVF but we most def can't. I'm starting to feel like it's just not going to happen for me. I just wish I had answers to why I'm having secondary infertility. I just don't know what to do anymore
