Breastfeeding help!

While at hospital I couldn't get my son to latch at all he had 0 interest and had to be given formula (which he also had almost 0 interest in). I got home after agreeing to formula feed him 30ml every 3 hours, they wouldn't let me leave until I did. Since leaving hospital he's having loads of dirty nappies and a good amount of wet ones (he only had two poos while in hospital and 0 wees).

He's 3 days old today and wants my nipple non-stop, I'm still giving him his formula but he's hardly sleeping because of his constant want for my breast! I need advice, I'm not sleeping and also am wondering if he's even getting anything out of the breast seeing as he has his formula no problem. When I pump nothing comes out but he is so eager for nipple I just don't know what to think. Help!
