To me this is based upon opinion and whether or not you want to take a risk. You can Google for answers all day long and you’ll never find a set answer to this question. 
Here’s how I see it... There ARE risks to drinking while pregnant regardless of the amount. Whether you want to take those risks is completely up to you. What I mean is, for example, there are women who drink heavily throughout their entire pregnancies and nothing happens to their babies. Yet, just because it didn’t happen to those few people doesn’t mean it won’t happen to someone else. I’ve known someone who thought it was ok to do the wine thing and their baby did end up with problems. But you see, that was just one person out of probably many who do it. They just took that risk. That was their choice. 
If you’re willing to take that chance then it’s up to you. Either way, you’re taking a risk if you choose to do so no matter the amount of alcohol.

Every time I thought about having a glass with my son (now 2) I also thought about how any alcohol I drank would go directly to him through the placenta. I just couldn’t. I wouldn’t put wine in his bottle, either. Even though I really wanted a drink!!’

I've worked with kids who have FASD. It's tough, and all parts of their lives are difficult. 
Babe didn't ask to come into this world, I feel it's my responsibility to give him the best possible opportunity for him to be as healthy as he can be.
