sinus infection, No Cold

will a sinus infection harm my baby ? im coughing up yellow mucus now, my nose is stopped up when i wake up and my throat is a little sore . i’m 22 weeks pregnant and i don’t go to my next apt until june 6 .is there anything i could take? any home remedies or advice ?
